Hagop "Jack" Bouroudjian - Founder, Director of Financial Products

Jack is a Founder and Advisor of UCX, and provides exchange experience, exposure and marketing to the team. Since November of 2009, Jack has held the position of CEO and principal of Index Futures group, LLC, a registered introducing independent broker and is Chairman of Bull and Bear Partners, Inc., a financial services holding company.

Previously, Jack was the SVP of Equity Futures for Nikko Securities, Japan’s second largest brokerage house; Credit Agricole Futures and Commerz Futures, divisions of the 17th and 25th largest banks in the world respectively and also served as President of Commerz Futures from 1999-2002. His responsibilities included planning, executing and supervising an effective marketing and sales program along with creating educational concepts designed to expand the European and Asian customer base.

Prior to that, Jack was a member of the board of directors of the CME Group for three terms from 1996-2002 during which time he helped demutualize the exchange and prepare for the IPO. He was an integral part of the Strategic planning and Executive committees while serving his term. He was Chairman of the Equity Indices Committee when the Russell 2000, S&P Midcap 400 and the revolutionary E-mini concept was successfully introduced to the marketplace. He was also chairman or co-chairman of over a dozen product and regulatory committees during that time. In 2006, Jack raised capital and listed a micro cap company on the NASDAQ to service the SEPA requirements of European SWIFT payments. Jack is a serial entrepreneur with a wide range of business interests including, technology and petroleum logistics.

Aside from over 30 years of industry experience, Jack is a published author "Secrets of the Trading Pros", Wiley 2007 and Jack has had an extensive amount of Media experience. He has done over 2000 international and domestic live TV shots over the last several years including CNBC, CNN, ABC, FOX, Bloomberg, PBS and countless local and regional broadcasts. He currently is a paid market contributor on CNBC and appears regularly. Jack is a graduate of Loyola University of Chicago and is happily married with two children.
