Co-Founder

Morgan Guerra is co-founder of Previta along with his brother Christian. Their company makes preventive healthcare services, including remote patient monitoring, diagnostic tests, and health-monitoring programs, affordable and convenient thanks to a strong arm in technology and a nationwide network of retail clinics and mobile units. Founded in 2004, Previta has invested this past 11 years on IT and created its own state of the art software called “e-healthtracker™” which allows, patient treatment adherence, self monitoring techniques with e-learning and health coaching.

We believe that disruptive innovation in healthcare will come from new ways of understanding the real needs of patients, trying to change an episodic way of treatment to an on going one”. (Morgan Guerra)

Morgan pursued a career in medicine and finished his surgical training at Universidad Autónoma del Estado de Morelos in 2003. He obtained a Master’s Degree in Public Health and a Diploma in Telemedicine in 2009 at the National Institute of Public Health, the only public health institute outside of the US that is a member of the American Association of Schools and programs of Public Health (www.ASPPH.org). Being passionate about IT, he also studied a course at the Harvard School of Public Health titled: “Leadership Strategies for Information Technology in Healthcare”.

Previta sponsors since 2013 the train the trainers program that the Joslin Diabetes Center Harvard affiliate provides to all Previta Prevention Coaches (Health Coaches).
