Claudio Muruzábal assumes leadership of SAP Latin America and the Caribbean at a critical time when the business world faces the opportunities and challenges created by the new digital economy. As part of his mission, his purpose is to understand the challenges of customers in the region and help them grow with highly innovative technological solutions that simplify and make their operations more efficient.

With his vast experience of over 25 years in the IT industry, his extensive understanding and knowledge of the Latin American market, and the portfolio of SAP, Claudio is responsible for securing the undisputed leadership of SAP platforms, applications, business networks, and users’ experience.

Previously, Muruzábal concluded a decade as CEO of NEORIS, leading the evolution of this company into a global management and IT consulting business, reporting growth of 20% annually. Previously, he was Vice President of Teradata in Latin America and the Caribbean under NCR.

Claudio holds a Global Executives Master in Business Administration from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and the title of Business Administrator from the Catholic University of Argentina, where he graduated as a Certified Public Accountant. His office is located at the headquarters of SAP for Latin America and the Caribbean in Miami, Florida.
